One or two lines on where he started, what was actually holding him back, and what changed.
Twelve and twenty-four week coaching programmes for men who train hard and still aren’t growing. Programming built round your schedule, weekly check-ins, video catch-ups, and nutrition that survives a normal life.
The photos are the easy part to show. The change that actually lasts is the way these lads carry themselves now — walking into the gym knowing exactly what they're doing, and out of it knowing they've earned it.

Built round the days you can actually train and the equipment you actually have. Progressed every block, not recycled.
Before anything is written I want to know your training days, your equipment, your injury history and what you've already tried. The programme is built from that, not pulled off a shelf. Every four weeks it gets rebuilt — sets, reps, exercise selection and intensity all move as you get stronger. You'll always know why a session looks the way it does, because progression that you understand is progression you stick to.
You send photos, weight and training logs. You get a written review, a video call catch-up with me, and the changes for the week ahead.
Every week you send through photos, your weight for the last seven days, your training logs and a note on how you're feeling. I go through all of it and send back a written review of what's working and what's changing. Once a week we also get on a video call — ten to fifteen minutes, face to face, so the things that are hard to type get said out loud. Most problems get caught on that call weeks before they'd show up in a photo.
Targets and a food framework you can hold down on a work night out. No meal plans you'll abandon by week two.
You get calorie and protein targets and a framework for hitting them, not a printed meal plan telling you to eat chicken and rice six times a day. We build around the food you actually eat and the life you actually live, including nights out, holidays and takeaways. Targets are adjusted every week based on what the scale and the photos are doing, so you're never guessing whether it's working.
Send video of your main lifts. You get it back marked up, with the one cue that fixes it.
Film your main lifts from the side and send them over whenever you want. You'll get the video back with the issue marked up and one cue to fix it — not a list of ten things, because nobody fixes ten things at once. Most of the plateaus I see aren't programming problems, they're a squat that's cutting depth or a row that's turning into a shrug. Fix the movement and the progress restarts on its own.
Message me in the app between check-ins. Answered same day, Monday to Friday.
You can message me in the app any time between check-ins. Gym's got no cable machine and you need a swap? Someone's put you off your dinner plan at a wedding? Message me. Answered the same day, Monday to Friday. The point of coaching isn't the plan you get on day one, it's having someone to ask when the plan meets real life.
Sessions, logs, videos and check-ins in one place, so nothing lives in a lost note on your phone.
Your sessions, your logs, your form videos, your check-ins and your messages all live in one app instead of scattered across notes and DMs. You'll see your previous numbers on every lift as you're doing it, which is what makes progressive overload actually happen rather than being a thing you read about. It also means twelve weeks in, you can look back and see exactly how far you've come.
Five questions. Takes two minutes. I read every one myself.
If you're a fit, I send a link. Twenty minutes on your goal, history and schedule.
Programme, targets and app set up within 48 hours of starting.
Twelve or twenty-four weeks, checked in every single one. Then we plan what comes next.
No. Beginners usually get the fastest results, because there's more to fix. The programme is built to your experience level, not a standard template.
That's enough. Three well-structured sessions you actually complete beats five you skip. The programme is built round the days you have.
No. If a plan can't survive a Friday night, it isn't a plan. We build your targets round your normal life and adjust as it changes.
Fine — tell me what equipment you've got on the application and the programme is written for it.
Twelve is enough to build the habits and see a real change. Twenty-four is where the shape actually shifts, because you get multiple training blocks instead of one. We'll work out which fits you on the call.
It depends which programme you're on, so we go through it properly on the call rather than putting a number on a page. Apply first, and if you're a fit we'll talk it through with no pressure either way.
Yes, with a parent or guardian's permission. Put their details on the application and they'll be included in the call and the check-ins.
I read every application myself and only send call links to people I'm confident I can get a result for. If that's not you, I'll tell you straight and point you somewhere better.
I'll read it within 48 hours. If you're a fit I'll come back to you on Instagram or by email, whichever you gave me, with a link to book the call.
